Financial records for your matter
Send the records selected for your bankruptcy matter by your adviser or receiving office. These may include account statements, financial statements or legal documents. Keep complete records together and identify the periods covered, especially when you are supplying a sequence of monthly or annual documents.
The translation request should describe the supplied files, not decide which evidence a proceeding requires. Your adviser can identify the relevant records and any missing material. Translation does not provide debt advice, prepare a bankruptcy filing or determine how an asset or liability should be treated.
Instructions from your adviser or court
Include written translation or certification instructions from the court, trustee or professional handling the matter. Tell us the receiving country or jurisdiction and the target language. If a document needs to retain an exhibit label or another supplied reference, make that instruction clear with the file.
Requirements can depend on the recipient and the proceeding. Share the actual wording rather than assuming one certification format works everywhere. Questions about filing procedure, legal sufficiency or acceptance belong with your adviser or the receiving office; the quote concerns the document translation and requested output.
Source pages and identifying details
Financial and legal records often refer to the same person, organization or account in different places. Provide reference spellings already used in the matter and identify which files belong together. Include table headings, explanatory notes and all pages of the selected document so the text can be understood in context.
Flag any discrepancy or unreadable entry in the source. The translation should not reconcile accounts, calculate a missing balance or authenticate the records. If your adviser has supplied an explanation of an abbreviation or a document label, send it as a separate reference with the original file.
Quote the documents you need translated
Upload the full set you want translated and specify the source language, target language and desired deadline. List attachments and distinguish repeated copies from different versions of a record. If only selected statements are needed, identify their dates so the quote covers the correct material.
Check the quoted document list and delivery details before ordering. Our financial statement, bank statement and legal contract pages provide direct routes for those individual records. If another document is added to the proceeding later, send the new file and any revised recipient instructions with your next request.
